We answer every message, usually within a day.

Reporting a post or a person

Open the post or the profile, tap ••• and choose Report. A person reads every report and acts on it within 24 hours. A post that is reported by three different people is hidden straight away while we look at it.

Blocking someone

Tap ••• on their profile and choose Block. You stop seeing what they post.

Orders, prints and originals

Every order has its own thread in Messages › Orders, where you can follow it and talk to the seller. If something does not arrive, arrives damaged or is not what was described, write to us with the order and we will sort it out with the seller and PayPal.

Deleting your account

In the app: You › ••• › Account › Delete my account. Your profile, posts, journal and messages are deleted. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Notifications

Choose what reaches your lock screen in the app's Account settings, or turn them off for DOPA in the iPhone Settings app.
