Terms of Use
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DOPA (Martín Albornoz Correa, Chile). By using the app you accept them, together with the community guidelines and the privacy policy.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One person, one account.
Your work stays yours
You keep every right to what you post. By posting it you give DOPA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store it, show it in the app and make the copies needed to do that (for example smaller versions for the feed). This permission ends when you delete the post or your account, except for copies already shared in other people's messages. Only post work you made or have the right to share.
No tolerance for abusive or objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Pornography, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, threats, violence for its own sake, spam and content you do not have the right to post are not allowed. We remove such content and suspend or delete the accounts responsible, without notice where needed. Anyone can report a post or a person, and every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
Buying and selling
Artists can sell physical originals and prints. A sale is between the buyer and the seller; DOPA provides the shop, the checkout through PayPal and the shipping, and keeps the fee shown to the seller when they set up selling. Sellers must describe their work honestly and ship what they sold. Prints made by our print partners are produced and shipped by them. If an order does not arrive or is not as described, write to us and we will help resolve it, alongside PayPal's buyer protection.
What you can expect from us
We work to keep DOPA running and safe, but the app is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, DOPA is not liable for indirect losses, or for content posted by other people. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Apple
These terms are between you and DOPA, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app first. Questions: dopaapp7@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the law of Chile.
